OpenStack Queens : Configure Neutron#1

Configure OpenStack Network Service (Neutron).
This example is based on the emvironment like follows.

[1] Add user or service for Neutron on Keystone Server.
# add neutron user (set in service project)

[root@dlp ~(keystone)]#
openstack user create --domain default --project service --password servicepassword neutron
